Bum Deal Co. ("we") collects only what we need to sell you shorts and get them to your door.

What we collect

• Name, email, shipping address and your print/size choices, so we can fulfill and support your order.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Whop, our checkout provider. We never see your full card number.
• Basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the store, and ad-platform pixels (Meta, TikTok) if you consented.

How we use it

To process orders, send shipping updates, answer support requests and, if you opted in, send occasional emails about new bad ideas. Unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

Whop (payments), our fulfillment partner (shipping), our email provider, and nobody else. We don't sell your data.
