30-day laugh-or-refund
If he doesn't laugh, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace your order.
How it works
- Email hello@bumdealco.com with your order number and, if something arrived wrong or damaged, a photo.
- Wrong size? We'll swap it. Unworn, unwashed, tags on.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Not covered
Worn or washed items, and requests made more than 30 days after delivery. Being asked to leave a family event is not a defect.
